Strategic Planning -often referred to as Corporate Planning- is carried out to support the most senior executive level of the organisation. It goes back to the very foundations of the company, as it determines the strategic direction of the corporation and its under laying businesses.

Expantium provides a range of Client Services that provide resources as to successfully prepare for Strategic Decisions, and that upgrade the Planning programmes inside the company. We focus on enhancing the Client's own, internal potential to take strategic decisions via the optimisation of Planning.

We do this by installing an entirely new organisational programme, or by further optimising existing planning repertoires. It is our objective that organisations will benefit from this for at least 5 following years.
